What did you learn today?
That’s a sign that used to be atop of the exit door on one of my former jobs. And it was fantastic. I can tell you that everyday before leaving, I read that sign and then opened the door and smiled to myself, because I actually learned something new every single day I spent there.
So now I direct this question to you: What did you learn today?

So you did it: You went to your nearest Apple Store, perhaps camped there for a couple days (weeks?) and you were one of the first to get the new iPhone 3GS.
A few days later, you engage in an discussion with a real-life Geek and you find about the goddamn battery: It is soldered, and if you try to change it by yourself, it will void the warranty -assuming it is still under warranty.
